Training

Training is very important to us, no matter what the cost, our customer's safety always comes first.

All of our employees are registered with the C.I.T.B on the construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme and attend regular courses to update their qualifications. We currently have 1 employee on the C.I.T.B apprenticeship scheme and have had other employee on the scheme that are now fully qualified scaffolders.

We have First Aid and fire Safety training every 3 years for at least one gang member and abrasive wheel training, manual handling, SG4 and many other training talks and courses needed for work satisfaction.

We also employ an independent health and safety advisor who also assists in health and safety training along with toolbox talks and any other training that is required of our staff.

We are committed to providing on-going training to all of our employees in order for them to develop to skills needed to maintain high quality and consistency of our work.
